What you actually get
A review article about your tool, published in nineteen languages, plus promotion on their X, LinkedIn and two YouTube channels, and on Bilibili for the video package. What the pages do not carry is a link to you. Their own Spotlight example, the Ideogram review they name as proof of what $259 buys, has three outbound links: a Discord invite and two affiliate links to sites they earn from. The Copy.ai review is the same. Check any package against a real page before paying for the backlinks in the copy.

How to submit to AI Could Do That

  1. Read /promote-ai-tool/
This is the only route in. There is no submit form anywhere on the site: /submit, /add-tool and /write-for-us all return 404, and the footer contact is a mailto.
  2. Pick a package
Video Boost at $99 is a one-minute video plus a multilingual article. Spotlight at $259 is a review article, a tutorial, thirty days as a Featured Tool and a place in the sitewide carousel.
  3. Pay, then be judged
Their stated turnaround is 24 hours. The note on both packages says they will review the submission and refund in full if it is not a good fit, so the order is payment first.

Gotchas

Spotlight sells a "Prominent feature in sitewide carousel for valuable backlinks" and "Promotion across 2,500+ Google-indexed links". Before paying, open the example they name as proof of it and count the anchors: we found none pointing at the product being reviewed.
What is on sale is paid placement carrying links, which is a link scheme in Google's terms rather than a directory listing. The risk of buying it sits with the site being linked to, not with the seller.
The order is money first, judgement second: their own note says they review the submission after payment and refund in full if it is not a good fit.
Half of what both packages promise is a Chinese-speaking audience, through a Chinese YouTube channel and Bilibili. That is real reach and it is worth nothing if your product does not serve it.
There is no free path at any price point. /submit, /add-tool and /write-for-us are all 404 and the only address on the site is a mailto for talking to them.
