Who CloutStack accepts

You need
An account, by GitHub, Google or Discord
Their badge on your site, kept there and rechecked
A one-line summary of 20 to 120 characters
A category from their creator-economy list
You'll be rejected if
Anything that is not a tool a creator would use to make money, since every category and every platform tag is a creator one
Anyone who cannot keep a badge up, because they recheck it and warn that the listing goes if the check fails

What you actually get
A listing page of its own whose Visit link carries only rel=noopener, so the link is followed, plus reviews and alternatives pages they say can rank separately. A person reads every submission and they say they list tools creators actually use rather than everything that arrives, so a poor fit is turned down rather than published.

How to submit to CloutStack

  1. Sign in
GitHub, Google or Discord. The listing is tied to the account so you can manage it and be told if the badge check fails.
  2. The listing
Name, website, a one-line summary of 20 to 120 characters, and a description. An AI autofill offers to read the page for you.
  3. Where it belongs
Up to three categories from a long creator-economy list, then the creator platforms it serves: YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, Substack and the rest.
  4. Detail, competitors, media, go live
Three optional tabs, then the submit. They say a person reads every submission.

Gotchas

The audience is creators making money on YouTube, TikTok, Twitch and Substack, and both the category list and the platform tags say so, so a tool aimed at anyone else is off topic here whatever its quality.
The badge is a standing obligation rather than a one-off: they recheck it and say the listing goes when the check fails.
The first category you pick becomes the primary one and decides the breadcrumb, so the order of the three matters.
An AI autofill offers to write your listing from your URL, which is a fast way to publish copy nobody at your company wrote.

Let your agent submit to CloutStack

Connect SubmitMap to your AI over MCP and this page stops being something you read and copy. Your agent asks for the CloutStack playbook and gets the brief for this exact form, with the values already taken from your submission pack instead of placeholders you fill in by hand.

What it does for this platform
Checks your product against the 6 CloutStack rules above, so you find out you would be rejected before you open a tab.
Hands your agent all 7 fields this form asks for, none of them optional, already filled from your pack.
Warns you that CloutStack looks for its badge on your site, so it has to be live before you submit rather than after.
Tells you what paying buys here, so you pick it on purpose: free is $0 in exchange for their badge on your site, which they keep checking. A one-time $29 listing skips the badge entirely.
Types it into CloutStack in your own browser, and stops for you when the form wants a sign-in.
Records what it sent, so the dashboard can answer "did I ever submit to CloutStack?".
