What you actually get
A project page on an indie-focused launch feed with a homepage slot and a long booking window. The free link is doubly conditional: it follows only if the product finishes in the day's top three AND carries their badge, so satisfying one of the two earns nothing at all. Premium is $2.99, which is cheap enough that the free lane is mostly for people who want the listing rather than the link.

How to submit to Indie Launch

  1. Sign in
    Google, GitHub or email and password, then set the display name so the listing does not credit your product as its own maker.
  2. Fill the project
    Name, URL, description, a square logo and a landscape image, then categories, tech stack, platforms and pricing.
  3. Book a date
    Five slots a day inside a 180 day window.
  4. Decide about the badge
    The badge only matters in combination with a top three finish, so weigh it against the $2.99 tier.

Gotchas

The free follow needs a top three finish and the badge together, so a maker who ships the badge and places fourth has given a homepage link for nothing.
Premium is $2.99, so the arithmetic on doing the badge work for free rarely favours the free lane if the link is what you came for.
No review time is published, so the long booking window says when you can launch and nothing about when you are approved.
