A page at /tool/<slug> whose Visit button carries rel="noopener" and no nofollow, plus a category listing and, by their own description, the tool page in ten languages. The homepage placement and the homepage followed link are what the $49.99 tier adds, so the free listing's link comes from its own page.

How to submit to T0AI

  1. Place the text link
    The form prints the exact anchor: a link to t0ai.com with the title and text "T0 AI Tools Directory". No image is involved and no badge is offered.
  2. Fill two fields
    Website name and website URL. That is the entire form; the description, the categories and the translations are theirs to write.
  3. Pick the lane and press Submit for free
    Three cards sit under the fields: Free, Standard at $9.99 and Featured at $49.99. Free needs no card.
  4. Sign in when the modal opens
    The button opens a "Hello, again" dialog with Google and GitHub above an email box. Signing in returns you to an empty form, so both fields have to be typed again before the second press.
  5. Read the toast
    A successful submission answers with a green toast in the bottom right: "Submitted. Your tool is now in the review queue." Nothing else on the page changes.

Gotchas

The link they ask for is a plain anchor with fixed text, not an image badge, so it has to sit somewhere your site renders as words. There is no badge asset to fall back on.
You write nothing but the name and the URL. Every word on the listing is theirs, translated into ten languages, so the copy in your pack goes unused here.
Signing in empties the form. The account wall only opens on the submit press, and coming back from it leaves both fields blank, so an unwatched run submits nothing.
