What you actually get
A tool page in an AI directory that runs a weekly gamified launchpad with a leaderboard and monthly competition prizes, and a product card in one of 16 categories. The Visit button on a live listing carries rel="noreferrer noopener" with no nofollow, so the link follows. The site claims 15M monthly impressions and a 1M-follower TikTok; the DR you are buying is 28.

How to submit to The AI Library

  1. Sign in with Google
The only sign-in offered. /submit-tool is the pricing page; the form is at /account/tools/new behind it.
  2. Name and URL, then Get Website Info
The button opens a Choose Your Growth Path modal (a Spotlight programme and a free consultancy call); close it to continue, then press the button again. It drafts the whole form from your site.
  3. Check the draft
Logo, name, contact email, website, a 100-character tagline, a 500-character description, one category of 16, three tags of 67, a pricing type, a screenshot, optional socials and promo code.
  4. Pick a launch week
Required. Fifteen weeks are listed with their bookings, and each is priced $49. There is no free week to pick, so the free queue the page promised is not in the form.

Gotchas

The free listing the submit page promises is not in the form: the launch-week picker is required and every one of its 15 weeks is $49, so you find out the price after the form has been drafted and filled.
Get Website Info drafts the tagline and the 500-character description from your site, and the description arrives at the cap, so a rewrite is a trim rather than a paste.
The contact email defaults to the Google account you signed in with, which on a shared or product account is not the address you want listed.

Let your agent submit to The AI Library

Connect SubmitMap to your AI over MCP and this page stops being something you read and copy. Your agent asks for the The AI Library playbook and gets the brief for this exact form, with the values already taken from your submission pack instead of placeholders you fill in by hand.

What it does for this platform
Checks your product against the 4 The AI Library rules above, so you find out you would be rejected before you open a tab.
Hands your agent all 13 fields this form asks for, 2 of them optional, already filled from your pack.
Tells you what paying buys here, so you pick it on purpose: the submit page says you can list for free and wait your turn in the queue, but the form's required launch-week picker prices every week from September to December at $49, with nothing free in it. Premium is £298 one time (a week on the homepage, two weeks on the launchpad, X listicle threads, newsletter feature); Platinum £499 adds two X threads, a LinkedIn post, a founder interview, submission to 30+ other directories, a blog post and permanent dofollow links to their sites.
Types it into The AI Library in your own browser, and stops for you when the form wants a sign-in.
