How to submit to Toolfio

  1. Pick the free plan
    Three tiers on /submit. Free needs DR 5+ and the badge; a browser confirm dialog restates the terms before the form opens.
  2. Fill the product form
    URL, name, a 256-character description, a 500 to 2,000 character markdown introduction, categories and pricing tags. No account needed.
  3. Upload media
    A 1:1 logo and a 16:9 screenshot, PNG or JPEG, 1MB each. Uploads fire only after badge verification.
  4. Place and verify the badge
    Paste their snippet on your site, then click Verify Backlink. Their bot fetches your page live; the badge must stay up forever or the listing is delisted.

Gotchas

The free tier's domain-rating floor is 20, not the 5 it used to be. Their own line is that they raised it "due to the quality of our products and the high volume of interest", and it is checked against Ahrefs at step two, before the form will open at all.
Badge removal means automatic delisting; their bot re-crawls your site on a schedule.
Submitting needs three ticks, and one of them is agreeing to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, so the last click is a person's whether or not everything else was filled by an agent.
The logo and screenshot are accepted into the form but not uploaded until the badge verifies: both preview under the words "Will upload after badge verification", so a run that stops before the badge leaves no assets behind.
