How to submit to ToolHub

Gotchas

The $3 tier is explicitly nofollow. Their own table puts an X against 'SEO DoFollow Backlink' on Basic, so paying the small amount buys an indexed page and nothing for your domain.
There is no free lane at all: the cheapest way onto the site is $3.
Only Featured carries the 48-hour promise, and no turnaround is published for Basic anywhere.
