Every listing is nofollow. The page sells itself on SEO context and being crawlable, and the actual anchor on a category page carries rel="noopener nofollow".
The title field is thirty characters, which is shorter than most product names plus a tagline. Write it before you open the form.
The submission goes live without review, which also means the categories are full of whatever anybody submitted.
