Limits and errors

Searching, qualifying and planning are free. What the free tier meters is a recorded outcome, and it is spent once, for good.

What the free tier allows

1 project and 10 briefs, which is 10 platforms your agent can fill the form for. Searching the directory, qualifying a product, reading a platform, storing a project, planning a run and recording what came of it are all free and unmetered.

What the paid plans allow

Indie, $9 a month: 1 product and 100 briefs a billing period, counted from the platforms first briefed inside it and starting again when the plan renews. Studio, $15 a month: 3 products and no brief cap. Unlimited, $29 a month, $190 a year or $250 once: no cap on either. A platform already briefed is free to brief again on every plan.

What spends a slot

Asking for the brief. A tracked platform is spent when submission_playbook hands one over, or when get_platform is called with brief: true, and it stays spent whatever happens at the form afterwards. Searching, qualifying, planning a hundred platforms and recording what came of them all cost nothing.

What a refusal looks like

A readable tool result with isError set, never a crash and never a silent no-op. It says nothing was written, which quota was reached, and where to lift it. Retrying the same call will not help; it is not a rate limit.

What happens with no token

The three open tools answer normally. An account tool answers with an unauthenticated challenge and instructions: sign in, mint a token, put it in the client config. Clients that support OAuth show a Connect button instead.

Whether a limit should stop a run

No. Plan the whole run regardless. The plan is free, and the meter only bites when an outcome is recorded. An agent that reads a cap and calls the job impossible has misread it.

The amounts, in public and without an account, are on the pricing page. A limit you have actually reached is lifted from your billing page, which is also the URL the server hands your agent when it refuses a write.
