Who Hashnode accepts

You need
Something to say at article length, because there is no product form
A sign-in: Google, GitHub or an email link
You'll be rejected if
A product with nothing to say to developers: the feed is tags, and a launch post nobody reads reaches nobody

What you actually get
A post on your own Hashnode blog, syndicated into the tag feeds on hashnode.com, where the readers are developers. Every outbound link in the post we read carried rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc", so what you get is readers and not link value. There is a CLI, an MCP server and an agent skill for publishing, so the post can be written and shipped by an agent; what it cannot do is make the article worth reading.

How to submit to Hashnode

  1. Sign in
Get started on the homepage goes to /login: Google, GitHub or an emailed link.
  2. Set up a blog
A yourname.hashnode.dev subdomain, or your own domain mapped to it.
  3. Write the post
Markdown editor, cover image, tags. The link to your product goes in the body and is nofollow ugc.
  4. Publish
Live at once on your blog and in the tag feeds. The CLI, the MCP server and the agent skill publish the same way.

Gotchas

There is no submission form. What you are submitting is an article, so the return depends on it being worth reading rather than on the pasting.
Every outbound link in a post carries nofollow and ugc, so the only thing a post earns is readers; nothing about Pro changes that.
The feed is organised by tag, and a post tagged only with your product's own vocabulary lands in a feed nobody follows.

Let your agent submit to Hashnode

Connect SubmitMap to your AI over MCP and this page stops being something you read and copy. Your agent asks for the Hashnode playbook and gets the brief for this exact form, with the values already taken from your submission pack instead of placeholders you fill in by hand.

What it does for this platform
Checks your product against the 3 Hashnode rules above, so you find out you would be rejected before you open a tab.
Hands your agent all 3 fields this form asks for, 1 of them optional, already filled from your pack.
Types it into Hashnode in your own browser, and stops for you when the form wants a sign-in.
Records what it sent, so the dashboard can answer "did I ever submit to Hashnode?".
