A listing at /tool/<slug> live within about thirty seconds, every field tagged "crawled fact" or "AI-inferred", including a weakness paragraph nobody wrote. The link is nofollow until you claim the listing by proving domain ownership, which also unlocks the editor.

How to submit to directree

  1. Create a free account
    Google, or email and password. Two email checkboxes arrive pre-ticked: survey invites and a marketing newsletter.
  2. Paste your URL
    One field, then two paths: a quick AI listing, or claim it and build it yourself.
  3. Take the quick listing
    They crawl the site and write every field. It takes about thirty seconds.
  4. Read the draft
    A review screen shows what was crawled and what was inferred, including a "biggest weakness" line and a competitor list.
  5. Publish

Gotchas

The AI names the listing from your page title rather than your product, so a site whose title leads with a description publishes under that description instead of its own name.
It writes a "biggest weakness" paragraph about your product and publishes it as part of the listing.
The quick listing is read-only and nofollow: correcting any field or earning the dofollow means claiming the listing by email, DNS or a meta tag.
