What you actually get
A dofollow link from a DR 76 domain and a slot in their 70,000-subscriber newsletter, in front of early adopters who want unfinished products. There is no free tier any more: the wizard ends at a paywall starting at $39, refunded if they do not select you.

How to submit to BetaList

  1. Sign in
/submit redirects to /sign_in. Email and password, a social button, or a magic link.
  2. Give them the URL
The first step asks only for the website. They then spend about 30 seconds drafting the whole listing: reading your homepage, checking the app stores, writing the name, pitch and description, attaching your logo and matching topics.
  3. Review their draft
A review screen shows the name, pitch, description, topics and logo they wrote. Everything is editable, and their draft is usually close but not your own words.
  4. Hit the paywall
"Looks good" leads to the plan step, and that is where the free route used to be. Lite is $39 for a random day within about two weeks, Standard $99 gets you featured before Wednesday, Premium $299 features you today. All three include the dofollow link and the newsletter.

Gotchas

There is no free submission any more. Their FAQ still talks about submitting for a regular review, but the wizard ends at a paywall and the cheapest option is $39.
You do not see the price until the final step, after their AI has drafted your entire listing and you have approved it. The whole flow is built to invest you before it asks.
They write the listing for you from your homepage: name, pitch, description, topics and logo. It is good, but it is their words, so read it before approving.
Payment happens before selection, though they promise a full refund if your startup is not selected.
The audience wants things that are not finished yet, so a mature product is a poor fit no matter how good it is.

Let your agent submit to BetaList

Connect SubmitMap to your AI over MCP and this page stops being something you read and copy. Your agent asks for the BetaList playbook and gets the brief for this exact form, with the values already taken from your submission pack instead of placeholders you fill in by hand.

What it does for this platform
