What you actually get
A listing page at /tools/<slug> with a screenshot, your description, a pricing badge and tag chips, and a VISIT button that is nofollow and carries a long affiliate query string. The site still prints 2023 in its footer, so treat it as an established index rather than a growing one.
How to submit to NextPedia
- Go straight to the URLNothing on the site links to the submission page. It is not in the header, the footer or the tag navigation, and /submit, /add-tool and /contact all 404. The page is /submit-tool/ and you have to know it exists.
- Fill four fieldsTool Name and Website URL are required; a short description and a two-to-three sentence Tool Description are optional. No account, no login, no captcha and no upload.
- Press SendThe Elementor form posts to /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php and prints "Your submission was successful." underneath the button while clearing the fields.
- Wait a weekThe page states they try to review all tools within 7 days. Nothing is emailed, so the only way to check is to search the site for your product.

Gotchas
The submission page is orphaned: no link anywhere on the site points at /submit-tool/, and the obvious guesses (/submit, /add-tool, /contact) all 404, so it is easy to conclude the directory takes no submissions at all.
Nothing acknowledges the submission beyond a line of text under the button. No email, no reference and no account, so searching the site later is the only way to find out whether it landed.
The site prints "Copyright 2023" in its footer and the listing pages carry 2023 dates, so check it is still being updated before spending the week waiting.
